Laesoe Salt accepts payment by credit / VISA. Payment will be charged to your account once it is shipped.
Laesoe Salt encrypts all information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons can not read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
No personal information recorded on our webshop is at any time transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored safely and is accessible only to trusted employees of Laesoe Saltworks.
Electronic payment is carried out using a secure encryption method through our payment system provider Quickpay.
During a purchase we ask for your name, address and email address. This information is used solely to process your order. Information is transmitted and stored electronically in encrypted form and stored for 5 years. The “contract” is not stored at Laesoe Salt in a way that will permit you to log in and view / change status.
In addition, the system records the IP address from which the purchase is made. This information is not normally used, but can be used in a police investigation.
According to the law on personal data we on request will inform on what information we have about you and on a basis of complaints will erase these informations.
Laesoe Saltworks delivers by PostNord (unless otherwise stated) and usually on a day-to-day-basis. Delivery is subject to the terms of PostNord, bearing in mind that Laesoe is an island… Laesoe Saltworks cannot be held responsible for delays at PostNord. In case of longer delays (several days) or defaulting deliveries we will forward a new deliverance at no costs.
Complaints and returns
Laesoe Salt grants everyone a 2 year warranty according to Danish consumer Law. This includes any fabrication errors og flaws in the materials found by any normal use of the product. Taken into account that our product is a bag of salt the following sentenses may amuse someone; the warranty does not covers faults, damages, tear and wear directly or indirectly caused by malservice, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention.
Any claims as to faults or defects found by normal inspection of the product should be notified Laesoe Saltworks within a reasonable amount of time.
The product may then be returned for repair (!), exchange or by agreement credited. In matters like these Laesoe Saltworks will pay for the return costs within reason.
