Læsø Salt with Italian summer truffle

In collaboration with Gourmet al Nord, we have sent Læsø Salt to Umbria in Italy, where the small family-owned company DOS is mixed with their black summer truffles. Everything at DOS is handmade based on old traditions and a gourmet product that has not been seen before emerges - Truffle salt with salt from Læsø Saltsyderi.
