Læsø Sydesalt is made in open iron pans, fired by the island's own firewood. Læsø Saltsyderi only makes unrefined sea salt, as they did in the old days. Læsø salt is first dried in wicker baskets and then in the attic above the shop, after which it is gently poured into the beautiful canvas bags with the old Læsø logo.
