Læsø Sydesalt is made in open iron pans, fired by the island's own firewood. Læsø Saltsyderi only makes unrefined sea salt, as they did in the old days. Læsø salt is dried first in wicker baskets and then in the attic above the shop.
Læsø Spice salt consists of southern salt, which after drying is mixed with herbs. finally, the spice salt is gently poured into the beautiful buckets with the old Læsø logo.
