In high season, there are every full hour from kl. 10 to 15 lectures in the south cabin - the lecture lasts approx. 20 minutes and is free of charge To everyone.
Sydehytter, playground, pancake stall, salt shop or just a cozy excursion with high to the sky and the country's probably widest horizon. Læsø Saltsyderi offers good experiences for the whole family, children and adults.
South itself
Try sewing your own Læsø salt on our outdoor mini pan system. With a thorough guidance from an employee, after a small hour you have approx. 200 grams of southern salt, which you must take home and dry yourself. If you are in a larger group, it is wise to reserve a place in advance.
The price on the south itself is NOK 100, - pr. pande incl. and dust bag. An extra fabric bag can be bought for DKK 10.
Saltboden
Saltboden is like an old grocery store and the atmosphere is cozy. You are easily tempted to buy from the fine selection - the options are many and who would not be happy with a delicious bag of spice salt as a hostess gift.
If you do not have the opportunity to come yourself, you can easily buy Læsø Salt in the shop on this page.

The pancake shop
The pancake shop at Saltsyderiet is open during the schools' summer holidays and autumn holidays. Then you can buy our famous homemade pancakes made according to an original Læsø recipe. You can also buy coffee, tea, various soft drinks, beer and sandwiches.
It can all be enjoyed at our table / bench set, which is right next to the Pancake Shop and which can also be used if you have brought food yourself.
